Essentially, you get what you pay for. The rooms are basically dorm rooms with kitchenettes. Some issues we encountered with living here: - the hot water would randomly go out without notice (One time, for 24 hours without any statement from management), and it’s pretty annoying to come back home after a long day to find out you can’t take a shower and no one knows why the hot water is out. - the studio apartments feel cramped, and no matter how hard we tried, we couldn’t get the musty smell out of the room until we discover... read more
This place seems great, and from what I saw of the building it was well kept and had lots of study spaces in the common area. Kate was also nice. The one star is because the requirements listed in the application packet differ from their actual requirements. I was told it doesn't matter if I meet the 2.5 x rent income requirements, everyone must have a guarantor who makes 5x the rent. I've heard it's common for places to require that if you don't meet the requirements yourself, but I've never heard of it being the only optio... read more
