I have lived here for 2 months, and already we have not had hot water 3 seperate times for 24 hours. When I first moved in, my ac was plugged and leaked all over my floor, causing me to need new carpet which was a week-long process. Then, within a day, the ac 2 floors above us had the same problem and leaked through to my apartment, warping the floor and a table of mine. I have had no reimbursement for any of these problems.
