Rich is absolutely amazing! We booked through him as the website wasn’t functioning properly and stress was high. He went the extra mile to make sure we’d have the U-Haul in time for our out of province move. Highly recommend, 5/5 stars!!
We found this storage online and we're moving here from a different province. Richard responded to my message promptly and was friendly and reserved a unit for us. Upon arrival Richard was welcoming, warm and patient. Having this storage place has been convenient and Richard makes sure our safety is priority.
