Rich is absolutely amazing! We booked through him as the website wasn’t functioning properly and stress was high. He went the extra mile to make sure we’d have the U-Haul in time for our out of province move. Highly recommend, 5/5 stars!!

We found this storage online and we're moving here from a different province. Richard responded to my message promptly and was friendly and reserved a unit for us. Upon arrival Richard was welcoming, warm and patient. Having this storage place has been convenient and Richard makes sure our safety is priority. I did not think I would say this....but I feel blessed and fortunate to have my stuff stored here more so for the connection we have Richard and his care shows. We had such a great experience!!! We rented a U-Haul for our move to Vancouver and the owner was amazing and easy to deal with. He told us if we have any problems returning the truck in Vancouver to get them to give him a call. He really went above and beyond to be so kind and friendly and easygoing!
