Would not perform smoke test unless I was dropping off my car, very suspicious. Excuse after excuse everything but do the smoke test he wants you to drop your car off so he can come up with other problems or make sure he is the one who fixes your car. Talks down on other mechanics to make hisself look good and told me I needed spark plugs and coils. I was ok with the coils but I told him I just got spark plugs 2 weeks ago. Nick is an amazing human being. I took in a used Lexus IS 350 F Sport for pre-inspection and he didn’t miss a beat. Even guided me on how to further negotiate, very happy with my purchase and his service was impeccable. He gained a customer with such a short interaction. True gem, thank you.
Was able to diagnose the issue, get it fixed and go overboard all within an hour. Felt like a family extending their arms to let me in. The only place to go when you need work done to the car.
