Honestly, the reviews speak for themselves. From the initial call to end of service Nik was very understanding and communicative with everything going on with the car. I brought the car in after getting the runaround and upcharged by other major mechanic shops due them fixing everything but the cold ac. I dropped the car off and the ac was fixed the next day for a reasonable price. Him as well as his staff are amazing. They walked me through everything they checked and pointed out a couple of minor issues I hadn’t noticed—without trying to upsell unnecessary repairs.
