Nick is an amazing human being. I took in a used Lexus IS 350 F Sport for pre-inspection and he didn’t miss a beat. Even guided me on how to further negotiate, very happy with my purchase and his service was impeccable. He gained a customer with such a short interaction. True gem, thank you.
Was able to diagnose the issue, get it fixed and go overboard all within an hour. Felt like a family extending their arms to let me in. The only place to go when you need work done to the car.
