I sent an enquiry via their website as my Solar Inverter was displaying an error message and red light. I was given some troubleshooting steps I could do myself first, which fixed the issue. Fantastic service, considering some other companies I contacted just provided a quote to have someone sent out, so I would have been out of pocket hundreds of dollars.
Yep they are great on getting you on buying their services, but it is a different story when it come to claim warranty and after care services. They just try to postpone, ignore and don’t want to deal with it.
Great experience with eSolar replacing our old system. Silvio was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with, and gave us clear options so we could choose what suited our home best. The installation was completed to a very high standard, and Fabian even removed broken roof tiles left by the previous installer. Highly recommend eSolar.
Disappointing lack of support when needed. Was told that they were too busy and would no have time to follow up on a Fronius support request. I asked for the case number so that I could follow up directly myself. Was told it would be sent through via email which never arrived. Called Solargain, explained my situation and they provided instant guidance that lead to solving the issue. I have not spent a cent with Solargain and they went out of their way to help.
