I sent an enquiry via their website as my Solar Inverter was displaying an error message and red light. I was given some troubleshooting steps I could do myself first, which fixed the issue. Fantastic service, considering some other companies I contacted just provided a quote to have someone sent out, so I would have been out of pocket hundreds of dollars.
Yep they are great on getting you on buying their services, but it is a different story when it come to claim warranty and after care services. They just try to postpone, ignore and don’t want to deal with it.

The installation was completed to a very high standard, and Fabian even removed broken roof tiles left by the previous installer. Highly recommend eSolar.
