The team recently installed a battery, ev charger and additional solar panels. All are working well. They pivoted easily when we needed to add the ev charger and gave a few new options. On installation they identified a problem with an older gal roof that hadnt been know when quoting and again were able to modify the plans to deal with it. Great work.

Everyone we spoke with was responsive, helpful, and definitely not pushy. Phil was easy to communicate with and listened well. His mild manner made it easy to talk with him and to hear what he had to say. He was very aware of our needs and was not content with a quick fix. Instead, he considered numerous alternatives and then came up with what he considered was the best option. He was also quick to seek advice and confirmation from others. Their experience is very evident.

E-Smart Solar installed a battery and panels 9 years ago. After we had issues with the battery they could not be more helpful in resoling the issue. We are now getting them in to add more panels to our system and we are very happy with their professionalism through the initial installation 9 years ago and how they still operate.

Can't recommend E-Smart Solar highly enough. In an industry rife with cowboys and people who don't return calls, Phill and the team were professional and transparent. They ensured we got the best product and the best deal in what was a tricky installation in terms of roof terrain.
