At least offer an apology to customers when you fail to come through on your word, MORE THAN ONCE. I get married in less than two weeks and thanks to your HORRIBLE service my fiancé has no tux, when we left thinking y’all were amazing and made everything easy for us back in August. You realize you handle a portion of a large moment in a persons life, right? Carry yourself In a more professional manner. What you did was wrong. Miss Shelia and her staff are awesome. Friendly people great options and awesome deals.
I have shopped at the store for years. The staff is friendly and they go above and beyond to help complete your look. I have 2 boys and every time I need that special look I go see Mrs. Kim. I give her a color scheme that I want and she runs with it. She never fails and always have my babies looking amazing. This is definitely the place to go if you want AMAZING service.
I just visited this store and the first sales associate I spoke with was very rude, unprofessional, and uncouth. I’m not used to seeing this type of unprofessionalism. A young man did help me, and I was able to make my purchase. However, my initial impression of the staff was not a good one. Thank you to the young man who helped me with my purchase and completed my transaction.
