Brilliant service today: my car was picked up and checked for a potential suspension issue and then returned. Free of charge. Which is extraordinary. They have always been very helpful, and also cheaper than the main dealer.
I've just picked up my car and wanted to share how great my recent visit was! Raphael and the team were brilliant. As a single mum, going to the garage isn’t usually my favourite task but they really made the whole experience easy and pleasant. From Julia on the phone to the kind gentleman who helped drive my car out of a tight spot, everyone was so helpful, and I truly appreciate the kindness I received.
