Kluft and Aireloom mattresses are not BBB accredited. This almost says enough. They are a high end bed manufacturing company located in ********** that use expensive products in their mattresses, but they do not hold up over time and the company has a reputation for not honoring its 10 year replacement warranty policy. We had someone come out and measure our $5000 Aireloom bed; a supposedly independent contractor. I want a refund. Spent 4k on a mattress that felt firm and promising for mine and my partners constant back pain. Only a matter of months later, both sides started sagging. Had an inspector come out and he came to the conclusion with his ridiculous string test that it didn't meet the requirements to be covered under warranty. Logically, I'd think that there'd have to be some weight placed on the thing to actually see how much you sink into it. We paid $6,000 for an Aireloom, ( Kluft) bed 3 years ago. The maufacturer promises a 10 year guarentee yet we have been waiting several months for an inspection. The run around feels like they are avoiding us at all costs. Honestly, this is the worst mattress we have ever had and we just can't wait any longer for a resolution. It is so grossly misshapen, we have large sagging depressions , lumps and bumps. We decided to sleep on another bed until Kluft can actually make good on its many promises. I purchased our first Aireloom Eastern King mattress along with Macy's recommended foundation and frame from Macy's Galleria Mall in Fort Lauderdale, FL on 11/09/2013. By October of 2014, the mattress was sagging on both sides. I contacted Macy's and they sent their investigator to measure and Macy's gave me credit to purchase another mattress. On 10/4/2014, I chose to replace the mattress with the "top-of-the line" option from Macy's (Retail $4659.00). Within the past year, I am noticing the same sagging issue on both sides... read more

After complaining of back pain from an Aireloom Mattres we purhased from Mancici's, Mancini’s and Aireloom worked hand in hand to address our serious concerns with the mattress. We received some extraordinary customer service from some very incredible people at Mancini’s and Aireloom.
