The men showed up when they said they would and called to say when they would arrive. The work ordered was well done.
I was very happy with the thorough job done servicing my furnace and heat pump. Brendan listened to my concerns and answered all my questions, and suggested changes I could make in the future but I didn’t feel pushed to do anything. He supplied me with photos and documentation of his inspections and made sure I knew how to get the rebate from Fortis. I will definitely call E & S next year.
