ES showed up on time and busted their butts to install a 3-zone minisplit, nothing but YES, ALL DAY LONG these guys are AWESOME!
Through no fault of theirs (it was a shipping issue), I had to wait 7 months for my gas fireplace (it’s a beauty) and ductless heat pump (2 heads) to be installed. On the booked day they arrived right on time and worked tirelessly to complete the job in a day. They were friendly, informative, and did their due diligence to not allow the escape of my puppy while they went in and out. We had a heat pump maintenance appointment booked for our new home for a couple of weeks from now but our heat pump died this weekend. E&S returned my call first thing today (Monday) and had a tech out just after lunch (same-day!). Juaning called ahead to confirm his arrival time, then did an awesome repair job at a very fair price. Extremely impressed by the professional service we just had from E & S Heating and Air Conditioning. Today we had Juaning, a service technician, come and take a look at our non-functioning heat pump system. This guy had the knowledge and tools to quickly diagnose the issues and resolved them in a very timely manner. His service was very professional and our AC is finally working again! I would not hesitate to recommend these folks if you have issues with your heating/cooling system. 5 star service for sure.
