Eric had scheduled to meet with me between 2 to 3pm. He shows up at 130pm. I ask him to give me a few minutes. He responds back with " I don't have time to be waiting around, either you come out or I leave". Erik is just another Peninsula contractor that has no customer service skills. He has forgotten that he works for the customer, not the other way around.

Eric did my son’s home in San Carlos. With that, the area is incredibly expensive compared to other parts of the USA, but E&S’ prices were comparable. An example was he installed canned lights in the ceiling for the living room and kitchen. His rate is $400 per light. My son had 10 lights installed in a flat ceiling. Eric charged about $3750 for that job. That included materials. Unfortunately, he missed the locations by an inch or more and had to recut another ceiling hole.
