Craig and his colleague Reno didn’t even know me and the cube I had shipped to me had a busted handle bar clamp and I didn’t have a tool to install the pedals. Craig gave me a new metal piece, installed my pedals in under 8 minutes. Not only that but he wouldn’t accept payment, just help me out. I will be referring this shop and coming for maintenance repair. Thanks Craig!
