Dr. Erica Smith wasn't the therapist for me. I expressed legitimate concerns and after 2 sessions this woman tried to blame me for my reaction because I am experiencing workplace bullying and want to report it. I am in the process of filing a complaint against the bully. This therapist advised me not to worry about getting the bully in trouble or fired. Can’t explain how much I love this lady! She is so kind and attentive. She goes above and beyond what she needs to do. She has helped me through my hardest times and I don’t know where I’d be without her. Highly recommend.
