No aftersales support whatsoever! Avoid at all cost
Bought a surron from this place 6 months ago. Initially it took about 10 phone calls and 2 weeks for them to even send the bike… and then when it had a small electric problem they couldn’t just send me the part. They wanted any old parts back first but I knew this would probably take about a month to fix doing it this method so I just bought the part from a different company which fixed the issue instantly. Family of 4 had a fantastic half day out over to Odicombe Beach then hugged the coast as much as we could over to Paignton. E-bikes are brilliant and easy to ride. Great customer service from Josh. Could not be more helpful. I hope Torbay Council support small businesses like this and build more cycle ways around all of Torbay. It’s a fantastic way to see the region.
