Brokers in NYC are SO SKETCHY. I told one of the brokers here my stats. He was cool with it. He said the landlord is cool with it. I come meet him so he can show me the place and he takes one look at me and rushes me out the apartment… hmmmm His only question is… “is this apartment for you?”-_- stupid ass.
Absolutely unprofessional. I contacted about a house rental I was interested in 3 times before getting a call back. I just interviewed and was given 2 other options of home rentals in areas I have no interest in because "they are more affordable" and they "don't want to waste my time". My income surpasses the needs of this home, yet the realtor continued to make insulting remarks after I clearly stated what I was looking for. Good luck renting the home with that kind of customer service.
Sully Chen is a terrible communicator and doesn’t put the needs of her clients first. Horrible agent and lacks the understanding that a real estate agent should have.
