They are not what they say they are. After setting an appointment with the customer service representative, the old man who answered the phone deny that this appointment was never made. In addition, he stated that his company does not serve Stone Mountain, the same city where I got the phone number off their work van in the Home Depot parking lot on Wesley Chapel Road. The denial to keep the appointment without any apology was shocking. Until today, a deafening silence.

E Ray Britton Electrical Services was extremely professional and polite. They promptly called me back when I left them a voicemail. They showed up the next morning was clean cut and smelled nice. They fixed what another electrician had botched in outlets in my living room. Would use them again.
