If I could leave zero stars I would. I spoke to Ruben the owner of the company yesterday. He told me he’d be out there at 7:00am. After him clicking me to voicemail throughout the day he texted me to get someone else as he was too busy. Not a consideration or professionalism. If you look below I left a picture of his response to me.
I called on Wednesday and made an appointment with Ruben for today, Friday, at 8:00. He didn't call so at 9:06 I called him. He said he "forgot" the appointment and he was at another job but would call me in an hour when he was finished. It is now 2:30 and no call. NOT DEPENDABLE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME LIKE HE HAS WASTED MINE!!!
This company is a very professional company and staff is very knowledgeable and very courteous and fast as well as as the work they do and also very clean. The owner Mr Paz is always at the job site, thier prices are very good and most of all very honest. Thank you very much,
