Ernie and his team always help me out. Big jobs, little jobs, annoying jobs. They get it done and I always appreciate them. If Ernie is a little less than congenial to you (I saw a negative comment), give him a break. He's tired.
Took a pontoon to get repaired here last year and was overall a positive experience working with Alan? My limited encounter with the crotchety receptionist guy called Earnie though was not helpful. He was pretty negative and didn't seem to want to work on my boat. This year had another leak and called in to get repaired. Had a 20 second conversation with the same receptionist Earnie who didn't seem to care one bit to get any of my business. His words "We're covered up right now ... I don't know what to tell you".
