Communication problems up front, but expeditious, professional services with customer satisfaction in mind. Had to wait on a different excavator for months and months. Ended up a year behind. Once the communication glitch was resolved, within two weeks the septic, grading and driveway gravel was done.
Still no contact after one week. Left my phone and address, I guess they don't text or don't need any more work...? Reply says phone number is vacant? As a new home, the address was vacant almost 2 years ago. Perhaps their admin wrote the number down wrong or they ignored my request for a text reply or their worker, Scott, and his team didn't receive farm fresh eggs or their equipment wasn't parked at the "vacant" address while Hemlock Dr fiber duct was buried...
