Clean installment of a GFCI outlet in my bathroom. Competitive price. This team are incredible pros not just from the quality and efficiency of their work, but most importantly, their customer service and our entire email / texting interaction. Personally, I've dealt with many handymen from plumbers, electricians, carpenters, etc... but I've never experienced responsive communication in this fashion... I called E/R Electrical and explained to Laura the electrical issue I was having and sent a few pictures as well. The next day Eddie and Steve arrived waiting in my driveway for me 10 minutes earlier than scheduled. They came in and diagnosed the wiring issue and explained exactly what was happening. We have used E/R Electronic several times and have always appreciated the quality of their work, their responsiveness and clear communication. Eddie shows up when he says he will, the estimates match final costs and the work has been great. Plus, they’re just really nice people. Highly recommend.
