This dealer has HORRIBLE customer service. No wonder they have terrible reviews. We went to test drive a boat and offered full retail NADA price for the boat , trailer and accessories. When I called to discuss their pricing I was told that my offer was "ridiculous". I was told that if my "budget" was only NADA value , I "shouldn't have bothered them". If you feel like dealing with DISHONEST folks E&R is the right dealer for you! Ron gave me his word on Wednesday that he would hold a boat for me until Saturday first thing in the morning, at which time I agreed to pay full price in CASH. Then goes ahead and sells it out from under me Thursday afternoon. I offered to put a deposit down, but his word was enough. If you decide to do business with them at least you can now do it Eyes WIDE Open. Good luck!
