Terrible place to work! I was a machinist at e quip for 3 1/2 long years . Very high turnover rate. (5 foreman in 3 years time). Alcoholic machinist coworker misses work all the time, drinks while on the job. Divorced living with his parents at 55yrs old 🤡. Everyone that works there is unhappy. Ownership is terrible to employees!!! Never get pay increases unless you threaten to leave. Run run away from this place! 🤡 married into your job! Go back to teaching kids.🤡 No one in the building has an engineering degree !

They are extremely impatient when it comes to training new employees and are not clear with their timing of their expectations of their new employees. If you are looking to gain experience in a new beneficial job this is not the place for you. I highly recommend to anyone looking to be trained as an electrician to go into a union where they will be properly trained, do not come to Equip thinking that you can benefit from their incompetent training.
