EPH are amazing. I had an issue with my toilet flush mechanism in which another company charged me £300 to diagnose this but not fix it. I met EPH in a plumbing merchant and they solved my issue within seconds and offered further help if needed. I am a new home owner and they instantly made me trust them even after knowing them for a few seconds. Their business Card will be kept safe for future if needed
Iain is an extremely professional gentleman who went more than the extra mile for us when a routine plumbing job turned into an all day job involving calling out Thames Water and meeting them to solve the situation. He could have walked away but saw the job through and left my house clean and tidy.I cannot recommend him highly enough .
Highly recommend EPH. Iain attended to our broken down boiler during out of hours and couldn't be anymore helpful. He arrived super quick and along with his knowledge & efficiency he had our boiler up and running again in no time. Extremely grateful and will continue to call on EPH in the future. EPH have done a number of major and minor jobs for us over the years, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They provide a responsive and genuine service, I trust them to give the right advice. When fitting our new boiler, they identified a potentially dangerous issue with the house's original pipework which they ensured was fully replaced and corrected before continuing with the job. very very poor. called out to service an oil boiler which they aborted and condemned system. big bucks to replace etc and clearly on a sales mission. had local 40+ year experience local company out and following major service all sorted and running fine. A potential project costing thousands cost a few hundred in the end. be aware and seek second opinions.
