I had a deeply uncomfortable and unprofessional experience here, and I feel it’s important to share this so others are aware. I have attended massage school, so I am familiar with professional standards, proper draping, and client safety. What occurred during my session did not meet those standards. This place is pure bliss! The massage therapist was so kind and checked in frequently to ensure the pressure was right. The spa has a cozy, relaxing vibe and it’s clear they take hygiene seriously. Can’t wait to book my next appointment here.
She did a great job on my massage. It was relaxing and I felt better. Place is clean and she is very polite. Only issues were: -Answering the phone during my massage - Did not give me full privacy to change out of my clothes to get on the table.
Incredible service and a very clean, welcoming environment. The staff made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Can’t wait for my next visit!
