Been using La Bella flat wound bass strings on my basses for a long time. Love them. I recently bought a fresh pack online through Amazon to put on my P bass. Got it all strung up and went to set string height and intonation. I discovered that the D string had something funky going on. It simply would not intonate properly. The absolute best 6 String guitar flatwounds on the market, once they are worm in they are so slick. Nothing like any other brand out there. I have tried so many other brands btw.
I ordered the wrong set of strings off Amazon. I contacted La Bella Strings directing and not only did they exchange the set for me, they sat on the phone with me to help figure out exactly what set I needed.
Renown Music Company in North Little Rock Arkansas recommended La Bella Deep Talking Bass strings for my acoustic bass. We went with black nylon tape wound strings. My instrument is about $300-$400 instrument. I feel by using these strings the value of my instrument has gone up.I love the look of the strings. I love the feel of the strings. I love the sound of my instrument with these strings on it. I could not be happier and will be using them in the future.
