These guys totally ripped me off! $181 for a state inspection and oil change! I told them I qualified for an exemption on the emissions test, due to having put less than 5k miles on the car over the previous year, but they did the test anyway and charged me $37 for it. Then they used full synthetic oil, which I did not ask for, charging me $92 for the oil change! So, first I complain about the emissions test.
