They were super customer connected. I needed an alternator replaced and they took me in right away. Kept me updated on everything and did a great job on the car. Also, for any Deka Battery employees, they give a 10% discount. That's really an amazing thing these days. I will certainly be using them again for all my auto needs. You should too

I was traveling from Tennessee to Massachusetts and my car's wiper motor died in the middle of a rain storm. I was towed to E- Motive, and expected the worst. An out of towner a week before Christmas? I really expected to get raked over the coals, but instead Eston did absolutely everything he could to help me. E- Motive was courteous, friendly, and helpful. I would 100% recommend anyone to take their business to them.
New customer! Scheduled an inspection for my car and had a great experience. It was easy to make an appointment, communication from the shop was top tier, and felt like the prices and assessment were more than fair. I have a 15 year old car and inspection time can be nerve wracking, especially at a new shop. After picking up my car I feel affirmed that it is safe and reliable and have an idea of what the next few maintenance needs are going to look like. No nonsense, trustworthy work! Thank you.
