Just wrapped up a huge crawlspace upgrade and could not be happier. I had (foolishly) considered doing this myself, and am so glad i went with E-Mora Construction; they did a way better job than i ever could have, and the whole thing was completed in TWO DAYS! The crew was great, communication was excellent - five stars.
E-Mora Construction did an excellent job providing a moisture barrier and sump pumps in our crawlspace. Before the work, everyone in the house was coughing all the time. After the work there is no more coughing.
Ernesto from E-Mora Construction did a excellent job installing sump pumps in my crawl space. They are full automatic, including battery backup. I can see their status on my phone and I get an email if there is any problem with them. A terrific job done on time and at a competitive price.
E-mora Construction was excellent to work with! In both quality of work and communication with the staff and team. I have had water entry in the basement since we purchased the house. Our house in Belmont was built in the 50s and the crawlspace had always bothered me for being musty and dirty as well as staying damp for days after rain.
