We are so grateful to E. Martinez construction on the completion of our brand new ADU. Emanuel did both of our bathroom renovations, a major remodel of our kitchen that included tearing down walls, plus painting and installation of new floors throughout our condo. Emanuel was very easy to work with. He gave us clear information and was straightforward about the process and cost. His team was respectful and friendly, and most importantly, our condo looks beautiful!

We did two projects with Emanuel. In 2023, we had a backyard project that included removal of soil and building patio area for a hot tub and stairs. This summer in 2024, we started our 2nd project which involved an addition of a bathroom and closet space including flooring in family room and a sliding door and window in the master bedroom and some other work around the house. Not enough to say about this amazing team. After hiring scammer after scammer I finally found a legit Contractor in Emanuel that knows what he's doing and gets things done when he says it's going to be done. His team is amazing, friendly and knowledgeable. Emanuel and his team treated my project as if it were their own home down to the tiniest details.
