I'm in Idaho and needed a part for my inverter. Nobody in Idaho wanted to fix my inverter or sell me parts, they all wanted me to purchase a new unit for $1500. I called eMarine and they helped locate the part I needed and sold me the part without inflating the price because of the chip shortage. Thanks to Diane for all of her help.
We purchased a complete solar system from eMarine in December 2020. Our sales rep was Jim who was extremely helpful in product selection. Unfortunately the $560 solar panel arrived damaged (shattered) and eMarine has a policy that they do not replace or refund your purchase until they get reimbursed first from the shipper, a process that can take as long as 6 months we have been told. For that reason I cannot recommend eMarine.
