Sent to collections without even receiving a bill! Called to complain & supervisor hung up on me.
This place needs to be sued and shut down. Sending patients to collections when they've been paying on their outrageous bill every single month. Find some where else to be treated. Shame on Silver Cross Hospital for allowing such a shady company to handle their billing. With a site so large there is no excuse to outsource billing. Only places that do that are total scum bags. E M Strategies and Silver Cross Hospital have proven to be a horrible business.
Same as everyone else, these crooks placed a collection on my credit reports. But I will dispute and have it removed ASAP.
I have never used this company! They are the equivalent of a modern day Theif just without a mask. Behind a computer. I have disputed their charges, along with giving them the lowest possible score possible! Please be aware that this company is not only phony, but will say anything to try and squeeze out a penny from the unexpected customer! They need to be stopped and put out of business!
