Very confusing company to deal with. Their agents don't seem to be trained well. I received contradictory statements from different agents on how to pay my bill and received a notice saying they were going to send my bill to collections. Please train your people better so uninsured people don't have to foot a bill they can't afford.
Disgusting establishment and a complete scam. They didn’t send me any bill and sent me for collection. Didn’t know about it until a received a text from collection and even though I paid for everything way before, I don’t understand what’s the meaning of this.
Just like the other reviews here. They don’t send you anything until you get a notice from collections. Shame on them for doing this.
