What a fantastic service and great customer care. I took my Ford Transit here to have the air conditioning to the rear blocked off as the van was being converted into a camper. The job wasn’t straight forward, but Darren stuck with it and problem solved to a good solution. He sourced the parts from America and took time to explain everything. Brilliant service. The horn and other controls on the steering wheel of my 208 weren't working and needed a whole new part which, bought new, would have been over £600. EMP found me a second hand part for a fraction of the price and completed the work very quickly. Great communication and a really friendly guy. Would definitely recommend.
Fixed my problem in no time and wasn't too expensive
