Rude and unprofessional. Didn’t even let me explain the scope of work. Cut me off mid sentence and said “not interested”. Customer beware!
Two young men (Jesse and Xavier) came to my home to look at 4 specific issues. They were polite, courteous, and answered all my questions for me with patience and clarity. They arrived on time as well. It is so rare these days to encounter such professionalism and respectfulness. Thank you!
Thought it was just a bulb, but turned out to be a wiring issue. These guys found the real problem and got it fixed fast.
We went in person to pay a bill & to pick up an estimate that we needed for future work. Stephanie & Jim both very friendly. All the workers we've had at our houses have been nice & kept the work area clean. This is our always go to electricians! They've treated us well & worked around our schedules.
Was surprised how poor my experience was, given the recs on here. We had three jobs we needed to accomplish, one simple, two more complicated. Two electricians came but weren't able to locate the source of two of the issues; they tried changing one plug, but it didn't fix the problem, and looked into rewiring another lightswitch, but couldn't figure out how to do it, establishing that both would be bigger jobs that would require coming back, which I totally understood.
