Absolutely unacceptable. This was my third time using them, and it will be my last. I had a scheduled appointment for this morning and called to confirm. I was told there were emergencies — fine. Rude and unprofessional. Didn’t even let me explain the scope of work. Cut me off mid sentence and said “not interested”. Customer beware!

Two young men (Jesse and Xavier) came to my home to look at 4 specific issues. They were polite, courteous, and answered all my questions for me with patience and clarity. They arrived on time as well. It is so rare these days to encounter such professionalism and respectfulness. Thank you!

Thought it was just a bulb, but turned out to be a wiring issue. These guys found the real problem and got it fixed fast.
