Really happy to have found Gary at E&M motors. The dealer said something needed to be fixed and I wanted a second opinion. After looking at it, Gary fixed only what needed to be fixed instead of replacing an entire pump, which is what the dealer said needed to be done. I am happy to have found a auto repair shop I can trust.
Was in town to see family. Had a loose part under the car and Gary found time in his schedule to help us out and get us back on the road quickly. Clean shop, friendly professional service. Five stars in my book. Thanks Again Gary. Ed from Delaware.
Requested an appointment online. Never received a call back or email from them. Maybe an oil change and tire rotation wasn't enough to motivate them to respond. In any event, suggests customer service is lacking. If a business offers online scheduling, there should at least be an acknowlegement.
As always, timely, polite, knowledgeable and professional. Very accommodating schedule wise and efficient work wise. Definitely recommend.
