I was on holiday in the area with my family when I noticed a rattling sound coming from my exhaust on the way down. I called E&M to explain the issue, and they kindly offered to take a look the following day, knowing we were heading home in a couple of days. When I arrived, I was welcomed promptly and politely. After a road test, the team identified not only the exhaust issue but also a minor problem with the spring and shock absorber.
