THE ARE FLIPPING A PROPERTY NEXT TO MY HOUSE. THE LAST YEAR HAS BEEN A TOTAL NIGHTMARE. THE WATER RUN OFF HAS FLOODED OUR HOUSE TWICE. YESTERDAY I tried to speak to the owner about it and he shouted "I promise nothing!" and pulled the garage door closed in my face. His own contractors and subs say how awful, rude and difficult he is. Cuts every corner, leaves a disgusting and dangerous work site.
