E&M Concrete is a scam operation. They don't know what they're doing. I worked with owner/Elizandro Martinez. Job was so bad that I had it torn out the day after they finished and redone by another reputable and professional company. I filed a lawsuit against them on May 16, 2018 to try to get my money back. Don't ever use this company you'll get burned like I did!!!! I have pictures of their work if you want to see them.
