Outstanding! Plain and simple!
Excellent customer service.
After my car was hit head-on, E.M. did the repairs and painting. This was done in 2008. My vehicle was at E.M for 3 months. I got it back in March 2008. My accident was December 17, 2007. Well, they must have missed a step because the paint job is pitted and faded on the hood. It looks horrible. This did not happen immediately. But, as of today the vehicle looks terrible with this paint job on the hood of my 2007 Cobalt that was brand new at the timer and presently only has 48K miles.
