Living at Elofts has been such a pleasure! I just renewed my lease for the second time! Let me start by telling you how amazing the staff have been; the Management staff is super accommodating, and always quick to respond. Enjoy the community and my unit. Leasing office is extremely warm and inviting. Majority of the property is well maintained. I have and will continue to recommed.
Avoid Elofts. Trash. Pot smoking in units, parking rules never enforced. When you complain, you're the one treated poorly for it because they hate the constant reminder that they aren't doing their jobs. Simply put, just find a different place to live like all our friends here did. If you notice all the 5 star reviews are from the previous management team, not grey star.
I have had an absolutely wonderful experience living at eLofts! From the moment that I toured, to now, when I unfortunately have to leave. Whenever I had a maintenance issue, the two wonderful gentlemen came in and fixed it right away! I also have to give a shoutout to a hard working young lady who keeps the elevators and common areas pristine! She works diligently and efficiently - seven days a week! The building is not well maintained and there is always an issue with something. There is a $125 parking fee but anyone can access the garage freely so paying is a scam. Also, the staff is rarely responsive and the leasing office is closed frequently, sometimes for hours without explanation. I plan on moving when my lease is up.
