I have had an absolutely wonderful experience living at eLofts! From the moment that I toured, to now, when I unfortunately have to leave. Whenever I had a maintenance issue, the two wonderful gentlemen came in and fixed it right away! I also have to give a shoutout to a hard working young lady who keeps the elevators and common areas pristine! She works diligently and efficiently - seven days a week! The building is not well maintained and there is always an issue with something. There is a $125 parking fee but anyone can access the garage freely so paying is a scam. Also, the staff is rarely responsive and the leasing office is closed frequently, sometimes for hours without explanation. I plan on moving when my lease is up.
I stayed at this property for one year. I did enjoy the space and layout of my loft. Some concerns prompting my relocation for future residents to consider: - windows do not open, so cooking smells and your neighbors' constant weed smoke will linger in your loft - parking is now open open to the general public free of charge; do not accept the $125 parking fee when anyone can access and parking in the garage without an access card or a charge when exiting - parking slots were designed for mini compact cars and building manag... read more
I moved in 3 months ago and have been repeatedly disappointed in this complex. The staff is friendly but unfortunately not very helpful or professional. I feel if I’m paying to live in a nice complex that the service should be there. My first week moving in I had a staff member open my front door and try to enter my apartment without knocking. I was laying in bed, so this was quite the shock. I reached out to the office, and received an apology as maintenance misread the apartment number while doing a work order and accident... read more
Pics will speak for themselves. The enclosed structure was blown over in Fridays storm yea. But cmon, let’s do better for what tenants are paying for. The hammocks have looked like that over two months now according to our complaints, the benches wood peeling, splintering, cushions gross, pollen soaked furniture..this is long before the storm. The dog crap we pointed out two weeks ago to the AGM in bbq family area..still there, they lasted through the storm. We looked at other complexes, including our neighboring apartment b... read more
