Terrible experience overall. Hired them for chimney inspection and creosote removal. The technician was unprofessional, didn’t seem trained, and missed a major crack in the liner. Later needed emergency chimney repair—could have been avoided with proper inspection. They offered no real chimney maintenance advice, just handed me a bill and left. I wouldn’t trust them with a campfire, let alone my home chimney.

In the midst of renovations we needed someone who could quickly come out and verify that our chimney was safe before we finished the fireplace front. E Liverman was able to do the job within our timeframe and could confirm that out chimney was safe. We are very happy and will use him again for future maintenance.
