Ed is exceptional—by far the best massage I’ve ever received. He is highly knowledgeable, attentive, and extremely thorough in his approach. I had been experiencing significant neck and trapezius pain for quite some time, and he was able to identify the underlying issues and address them with precision and care. I left the session feeling noticeably relieved and much more mobile. I would highly recommend Ed to anyone seeking effective, professional bodywork.

I have been going to Lisa for several years now and she is absolutely AMAZING! I fell and injured my labrum in my shoulder and she was so helpful with my recovery. I had quite a bit of scar tissue built up and she was able to help get that broken up and smoothed out so I didn't have anymore pain. I highly recommend E & L! They truly know their stuff!
