The owner was very nice and courteous! They missed us the first time when we moved in but as soon as I called she sent a truck out literally in an hour or so! They took EVERYTHING we set out! I’m glad I switched to them!
Lady is very extremely rude just started service & they didn’t even pick up but 1 time cancel service & she states I’ll be billed for almost 19 dollars and they only picked up my garbage once & haven’t even had service two weeks & I cancel service than she has enough nerve to tell me to move out of her Territory!!!!!!So glad I’m changing over to waste management!!!!
Never on time, sometimes even days late. The lady is extremely rude and obviously doesn’t know customer service at all. Plus you either have to pay with a check or go out there to pay cash. No one has time for that, if I could pay online it would make it so much easier. Also new to add: Things just continually get worse with this company.
