I have been unable to get Eric to come back to my house and finish a job he started over 2 to 3 years ago. Don’t waste your with this company. Find somebody else.

Fantastic service. I had an electrical issue with an outlet and called Eric late in the day for assistance. I was selling my place in a couple days and needed help quickly. Eric stopped by the next morning and thoroughly examined the issue and fixed it, as opposed to rushing on to other calls which some companies may do. Eric was careful and meticulous with his work. I would highly recommend.

We have worked with Eric before and recently while we were out town an electrical issue developed that our home was not getting sufficient power. We called Eric and he went out at the end of the same day. He arrived at the same time as National Grid to work together in accessing and resolving the problem. He even went later in the evening to make sure everything was resolved. We have always experienced a high level of responsiveness and good work in dealing with Eric and would highly recommend him to family and friends.

**Do not use this company ** My mother used this company to “correct” an issue with her power sockets going out, after one $200 visit later the issue has gotten worst. She called multiple times, to no answer (a trend I noticed in several Google reviews), it wasn’t until she called from my dad’s phone that she received a response. I want to clear, this company should not be trusted and has poor customer service.
