He’s knowledgeable and full of heart! He went above and beyond to help me over the phone and save me money. Ultimately he had to visit but he knew exactly what he was doing and managed to hook me up big time because it was a simple fix.
If I could give no stars I would. ERIC came to my house I told him what was going on with my electric. He took 5 minutes and corrected the issue charged my $200 and assured me it would not happen again. Well about a month later same issue this time it’s worse. This guy keeps rebranding because he is a flake. Kind of felt bad for the guy at the time has a ton of anxiety and wouldn’t get me the estimate he promised would be quick. I told him just let me know a number it’s not that serious. He finally got back to me and his girlfriend’s son showed up with him with a massive confederate flag belt buckle I thought it was odd. I have been unable to get Eric to come back to my house and finish a job he started over 2 to 3 years ago. Don’t waste your with this company. Find somebody else.
Fantastic service. I had an electrical issue with an outlet and called Eric late in the day for assistance. I was selling my place in a couple days and needed help quickly. Eric stopped by the next morning and thoroughly examined the issue and fixed it, as opposed to rushing on to other calls which some companies may do. Eric was careful and meticulous with his work. I would highly recommend.
