DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Came with my dad to purchase a car. Lady at the front desk said we couldn’t test drive because of the rain??? How does that make sense? She should clock out and go home because why are you even there and you can’t sell cars???
Drove up to E&L auto today to purchase a car with cash in hand. The lady on duty today Monday 29 July 2024 told me they could not do test drives or sell due to the weather. Keep in mind the weather wasn’t bad. The ground was wet due to light rain. I have never heard of a dealership turning down over $10,000 plus due to the ground being wet. Hell I’ve been driving for decades with no accidents, this dealership really shocked me with this. Buyer beware….E&L auto doesn’t like money.
I bought my Mazda a little over 6 months ago now and it has been the best car. The buying process here is quick and easy. I got a great car for a great price. Thanks for the wonderful experience Diana!
We went there to purchase a car for our 18 yr old daughter and expressed that we just wanted a safe/reliable car for her to take to work and school. We waited 3 days to pick the car up so their mechanic could check brakes/oil/ minor things etc. and they ensured us that everything was good and we could drive from here to California without a problem.
