After struggling to get anyone to return my call to service our heater, which had stopped working, including the company who installed the pool, Eric responded right away. He came the next day, explaining everything, and being thoughtful on how we could save by ordering it ourselves and not trying to inflate pricing as others had previously. Can’t say enough good things about this company. He came out the day after we called and was able to fix the issue within minutes. He was very kind, professional, and knowledgeable.
My pool was overtaken with dirt and algae. I didn't know where to turn. Enter Eric! He came by the very day I called to assess the situation. He installed a new filter within two days and after one night my pool was clear! My husband and I recently bought a home that has a pool and had no idea how to uncover the pool or what maintenance our new pool needed. Kuhn’s pool service after we realized we had a pool heater issue we immediately got a callback from the owner and scheduled a time for a service call. He was punctual, professional and was able to diagnose the issue quickly! Overall extremely satisfied w/the experience and have committed to using them moving forward for our pool openings/closings/other needs.
