I was having an issue with my pool heater. Eric came out on a Saturday, identified the issue quickly and fixed it on the same visit. Highly recommended!
I never leave bad reviews but the one thing I can't stand is someone wasting my time. He previously came for an estimate and was paid for his time. He was due to come back to open the pool. He was supposed to come today and never showed. He won't answer texts or phone calls. If you're looking for someone reliable then look elsewhere. Our plans are ruined now thanks to him setting an appointment and then ghosting us.
After struggling to get anyone to return my call to service our heater, which had stopped working, including the company who installed the pool, Eric responded right away. He came the next day, explaining everything, and being thoughtful on how we could save by ordering it ourselves and not trying to inflate pricing as others had previously.
