I finally have great insurance and come here to get full health check up and fill out everything online for arrival to only show up to fill everything out again. After a culture I'm notified that I need antibiotics so I call for other results to be told they will send a link. After 4 times going back and forth with the office no link was sent. I used to have Dr frye and right now I would give my right arm to have him back. I had to switch because of insurance reasons that sucks big time.
I don’t even think they deserve one star but it made me in order to leave a review. NOT only did they screw up my one year olds surgery but it caused him to have a blood infection AND blood clots. After sitting in the ER for 5 hours while my baby was in pain they sent me home saying NOTHING WAS WRONG. He didn’t even answer the calls asking what we should do about it. I was forced to bring him up north to comers to try and fix what he messed up. I do not recommend him to anyone.
Dr Frye is an excellent Urologist. Clean office. You get in and out on time. Friendly staff.
