They gave me a free car wash when I wasn’t happy with something. They communicate well and have good customer service

They guy that welcomed us outside has an attitude. Like he doesn't want us there. As if he is ready to fight someone Customer service is crying in the corner!!! 0 out of 10
I so hate leaving this bad review. After paying $30 & tipping $10, I discovered my car barely washed. As i was showing the young man different spots, I'm assuming his supervisor opened my back door and told him my car wasn't clear. He asked me to allow them 10 more minutes. I go back to the waiting area. The young man starts approaching me, with my keys in hand. The exterior looked better. But the mirrors, windows, monitor and sunroof were never cleaned.
