Michael was less than helpful and will not communicate properly. He charged me more than my order form without my consent… which would be fine if he would communicate. He seems bothered with my question and responds “receipt mailed with order”
The company still exists at a different address and they are awful. They used to be very dependable and now they aren't even trying. Maybe their service went south after they moved, but they are charge you for items and never send them. I have at least 3 orders that they ran my card for and never sent a receipt or product. Their voicemail is always full and they don't respond to emails.
Thank goodness this place is closed! Ordered items we never received from Christmas, stopped by today after multiple contacts in January and February and a new business is there. Guess we have money we will never see again. Horrible customer service!
They have recently moved but still provide great service. My husband ordered shirts for work last week and they should be delivered today! If you had a pending order during their move then I suggest you contact them through their website for resolution, especially if you have already paid. They have been great to work with.
