I will begin by saying No one told me of the service fee and how much it was Up front 2nd the Service guy was here less than 5 mins and Never Touch the Ac until 98 and change later send me a bill ..I don't mind paying but warn your customers next time ..for me there will not be a next time His ears said oh yea it's the barring and said he would get me a quote ..I actually had to call back to get several days later ...
Called today and they were here within and hour and serviced my unit at a super affordable cost !!! Total customer satisfaction is their business model.
They are AMAZING. Great customer service, great general service, knowledgeable, and swift with getting the job done. Would highly recommend!
Extremely pleased with this company. Very professional, felt like they cared about my system and answered all of my questions I had. Very quick to respond and handle my AC needs. Couldn't recommend them more. Sam did a great job helping me out today.
