Ordered a roll off for my property and was told it would be delivered the next day by the afternoon because they were very busy. Based on that information, I modified my schedule. Got a call the next morning that they were in front of my property ready to deliver but I told the guy that based on the info I received the workers we had hired for this purpose were not ready for the roll off and weren’t expecting it until the afternoon. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. When I reported that my yard waste hasn’t been picked up on trash day, Cust rep blamed me! What ever happened to “the customer is always right “? I put it out, I expect ej Harrison to pick it up….on trash day! Ugh
I never used to have much of an issue with this company, but this year it's been terrible. I watched a driver pick up the trash and dump it out all over the street. I had to run to pick it all up cause of the wind and the jerk didn't even try to pick up their mess. This company complains about littering and makes up ridiculous rules for the CUSTOMER, but they can do whatever they want.
