Always patronizing and sarcastic.
Overcharged for rolloff dumpster service used to help clear out my mom's house after she passed away in September. Have spoken with just about every customer service person since then, most recently Cynthia, who promised me she would talk to her supervisor about the bill and call me back. That was on November 20. Never a call back, just a past due bill received today once again overcharging me. You people know how many times I've called to sort this out and with whom I have spoken. Now YOU tell me, what am I supposed to do?
