I never used to have much of an issue with this company, but this year it's been terrible. I watched a driver pick up the trash and dump it out all over the street. I had to run to pick it all up cause of the wind and the jerk didn't even try to pick up their mess. This company complains about littering and makes up ridiculous rules for the CUSTOMER, but they can do whatever they want. I see a lot of negative reviews, but I’ve used their services for decades and never had a single issue
I’ve been a customer for over 20 years. Bother residential and I deal with the at work. I’ve never had an issue. I even used them with low boys and a full dumpster during a remodel. They actually answer the phone when you call and love that they accept a credit card.
