Very responsive and professional. Mark and Sam were very courteous and friendly. They gave me a rundown of the process and went straight to work. The service was awesome, and the vents look brand new. Would recommend to others.
It became evident that the dryer was taking more time than usual, hence I had to call on somebody who would clean my vent. My vent had been cleaned off all the dirt in it. This process was carried out in an easy-to-understand way. I would recommend this firm as well as the technician Kris.
James was friendly and showed excellent customer service on short notice of our needs with the dryer. I called him and he came the same day. 100% recommend him!
The dryer vent servicing was prompt and expert. After properly cleaning everything and providing a comprehensive explanation of the work, the technician left the place tidy. Overall, excellent service.
